Pippa Heylings outside Cambridge Clinical Research Centre

Labour have placed the expected Cambridge Cancer Hospital under review. The Liberal Democrats are campaigning to save it.

Situated close to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, the new hospital would bring together clinical and research expertise to enable earlier detection and state of the art treatment in order to save lives.

Local MP Pippa Heylings has raised this issue in parliament. She has met with the Health Secretary to call for urgent action to save the hospital which will be a lifeline for so many people in our region.
